What will your stay cost?

The rates are for the whole apartment with up to four guests. Each further guest costs the supplement in the last column. The first night includes the final cleaning, which is why it costs more.

Two examples. A family of four, three nights in May: 250 + 120 + 120 = 490 €. Six guests, one week in July: 285 + 6 × 155 + 7 × 2 × 12 = 1,383 €.

Frequently asked
When can I check in and out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. If that does not suit you, just ask, we can often arrange something.
How do I get into the apartment?
Through a keypad at the front door. You receive your code by e-mail before you travel, and it is valid only for your stay. There is no need to wait for us or collect a key, however late you arrive. A conventional key is waiting inside as well.
Where can I park?
Right at the house, free of charge and without booking a space.
How many people really fit?
Six in the three bedrooms and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. With a full house the two bathrooms are worth their weight in gold.
Infants up to 2 years do not count. From the age of 3 a child counts as an adult. The basic rate covers four people, so a family with two children pays the basic rate.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, one animal is welcome, and free of charge. We do not add anything for it. Please mention your pet with your enquiry so that we can confirm it.
The grounds are not fenced. Our neighbour keeps her horses on part of them at times, and your dog needs to be on a lead there.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, both are included in the price. There is nothing you need to bring.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes. Everything is on one level, the garden is large, and one of the four bicycles is a little smaller and suits older children. A travel cot and a high chair are available, just let us know with your enquiry and they will be ready for you.
We do not have a proper children's bike. If you are coming with younger children and want to cycle, better bring their bike.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the apartment. You will find the password on site as a QR code, one scan with your phone is enough.
Can I do laundry?
Yes. A washing machine, dryer and clothes horse are in the side room of the garage and are included. Please bring your own detergent.
Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the apartment. On the terrace gladly, an ashtray is provided.
Is there a visitor's levy?
Not with us. The municipality of Kröslin does not charge one. The nearest bathing beach at Freest also belongs to Kröslin, so nothing is due there either.
It is different if you drive to a beach in a neighbouring municipality. There the levy is payable on the spot as a day visitor:
- Usedom (Karlshagen, Trassenheide, Zinnowitz and the other seaside resorts): buy the UsedomCard at the machines by the beach access or at the tourist information. Around 3 euros per person and day.
- Seebad Lubmin: from May to September around 1.70 euros per adult and day, children aged 6 to 18 half of that. From October to April day visitors pay nothing. Payable at the Kurverwaltung.
As of August 2026, without guarantee. The by-laws of each municipality apply.
Do I share anything with other guests?
There is a second holiday apartment on the upper floor of the house. The garden, the terrace and the four bicycles are shared. The apartment itself has its own entrance and is entirely yours.
