What will your stay cost?
Enter your dates and the number of guests, the price appears right below. Final cleaning is included.
The rates are for the entire apartment with up to four guests. Each further guest costs the supplement in the last column. The final cleaning is already included in the price of the first night, which is why it costs more.

Two examples. A family of four, three nights in May: 259 + 114 + 114 = 487 €. Six guests, one week in July: 293 + 6 × 148 + 7 × 2 × 15 = 1,391 €.

Free dates and booking
Since September 2026 a booking system keeps our calendar, and the booking portals feed into the same one. So what shows as free is free, and your booking is confirmed straight away.
Opens our booking page in a new window. You enter your dates and the number of guests there and see the total price including the final cleaning before you click „book now“. Children under 2 do not count.
What applies to your booking
- Total price
- It is shown before you confirm. The final cleaning of 145 € per stay is included. There are no other compulsory charges, and Kröslin levies no visitor's tax.
- Payment
- 30% of the total price is due when you book, the remainder 14 days before arrival. There is no security deposit.
- Cancellation
- free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; after that we charge the agreed price less any costs saved..
- Minimum stay
- Two to five nights depending on the season, the table above gives it for each period. If your stay reaches into a period with a longer minimum, the longer one applies.
- Arrival and departure
- Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. You get your door code by email before you arrive, there is no key handover.
- Occupancy
- Up to 8 guests, in three bedrooms and on the sofa bed in the living room. One pet is welcome, please say so when you book.
- In the apartment
- No smoking indoors, on the terrace gladly. There is a second holiday flat upstairs. Garden and the four bicycles are shared, the terrace is just for you.
- Right of withdrawal
- For accommodation on a fixed date there is no right of withdrawal (section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code). The cancellation terms above apply regardless.

You do not have to use the booking page. If you want to know something before you commit, or if your dates do not fit the pattern, just write to us. No obligation, and you will get an answer from a person, usually the same day.
Frequently asked
Booking or enquiry, what is the difference?
Booking is immediate: you pick your dates and the number of guests on our booking page, see the total price and confirm. The apartment is then held for you, with nobody having to call you back.
An enquiry commits you to nothing and is the right way if you want to know something first, or if your dates do not fit the pattern, for instance because the minimum stay does not quite work out. Both lead to the same calendar, so nothing can be booked twice.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. If that does not suit you, just ask, we can often arrange something.
How do I get into the apartment?
Through a keypad at the front door. You receive your code by e-mail before you travel, and it is valid only for your stay. There is no need to wait for us or collect a key, however late you arrive. A conventional key is waiting inside as well.
Where can I park?
Right at the house, free of charge and without booking a space.
How many people really fit?
Six in the three bedrooms and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. With a full house the two bathrooms are worth their weight in gold.
Infants up to 2 years do not count. From the age of 3 a child counts as an adult. The basic rate applies to four people, so a family with two children pays the basic rate.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, one animal is welcome, and free of charge. We do not add anything for it. Please mention your pet with your enquiry so that we can confirm it.
The grounds are not fenced. Our neighbour keeps her horses on part of them at times, and your dog needs to be on a lead there.
Dogs are allowed on the bathing beach at Freest, eight minutes away.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, both are included in the price. There is nothing you need to bring.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes. Everything is on one level, the garden is large, and one of the four bicycles is a little smaller. A travel cot and a high chair are available, just let us know with your enquiry and they will be ready for you.
We do not have a proper children's bike. If you are coming with younger children and want to cycle, better bring their bike.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the apartment. You will find the password on site as a QR code, one scan with your phone is enough.
Can I do laundry?
Yes. A washing machine, dryer and clothes horse are in the side room of the garage and are included. Please bring your own detergent.
Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the apartment. On the terrace gladly, an ashtray is provided.
Is there a visitor's levy?
Not with us. The municipality of Kröslin does not charge one. The nearest bathing beach at Freest also belongs to Kröslin, so nothing is due there either.
It is different if you drive to a beach in a neighbouring municipality. There the levy is payable on the spot as a day visitor:
- Usedom (Karlshagen, Trassenheide, Zinnowitz and the other seaside resorts): buy the UsedomCard at the machines by the beach access or at the tourist information. Around 3 euros per person and day.
- Seebad Lubmin: from May to September around 1.70 euros per adult and day, children aged 6 to 18 half of that. From October to April day visitors pay nothing. Payable at the Kurverwaltung.
As of August 2026, without guarantee. The by-laws of each municipality apply.
Do I share anything with other guests?
There is a second holiday apartment on the upper floor of the house. The garden and the four bicycles are shared, the terrace is just for you. The apartment itself has its own entrance and is entirely yours.
