How we handle reviews

Every review is checked before it appears. We compare the name, the month of the stay and the e-mail address with our own bookings, and we only publish reviews written by people who really stayed here. We do not delete a review because we dislike it. We remove only entries that are insulting, untrue or obviously faked. Replies below a review are always written by us, the hosts.
